Shipping Policy

We ship handmade lamps across Pakistan. Here is what to expect.

Made to order

As each lamp is crafted by hand after you order, please allow a short handcrafting time before dispatch — typically a few working days. Custom pieces may take a little longer; we will keep you updated.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping nationwide across Pakistan. Any exceptions for remote areas will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city and courier. Timelines are estimates and can vary during peak periods.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add courier and tracking details to your order. Follow it any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Damaged in transit

We pack every lamp with great care. In the rare event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can put it right — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
