These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the test.lamplistic.com website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Every lamp is handmade to order. Because each piece is crafted by hand, small natural variations in shape, finish and colour are normal and are part of the character of the product — they are not defects.

Custom & bespoke orders

Custom-made and personalised items are produced specifically for you. Please confirm your specifications carefully, as custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where the item is faulty.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted once we confirm it. Payment is taken through secure checkout at the time of order. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Care & use

Our lamps are decorative, rechargeable lighting. Please follow the included care and charging guidance. Misuse, tampering or exposure to water or excessive heat may damage the product and void any goodwill support.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, photographs, text and the Lamplistic name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
