Are the lamps rechargeable?
Yes — our lamps are rechargeable and wire-free once charged, so you can place them anywhere. Charging guidance is included with every lamp.
How long does the charge last?
It depends on the model and brightness, but many of our lamps glow for around 24 hours or more on a full charge, and are fully dimmable.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely — that is our speciality. Tell us the shape, size and colour you have in mind on the Customize page or message us, and we will handcraft it for you.
How long until my order arrives?
Each lamp is made by hand after you order, so allow a short handcrafting time plus 2–5 working days for delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I pay?
You pay securely at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes — visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to see live status and shipment tracking.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
